OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Our mission as a local church is to Know Christ and Make Him Known. The Ministry
Apprenticeship Scheme is a 1–2-year program designed to immerse participants in the life of
the local church whilst receiving structured theological input through the Ministry Training
Academy, equipping them to handle God’s Word with clarity and confidence. It provides
opportunities for practical ministry experience, one-to-one mentoring, and structured
training to explore and develop skills for ministry.
We aim to nurture in every apprentice the following areas:
• Character: To grow in godliness, humility, and a servant-hearted attitude.
• Conviction: To develop a love for the Scriptures and a solid foundation in gospel truth.
• Competence: To learn skills for teaching the Bible, leading others, and serving practically
