Associate Minister

We are an Anglican evangelical church in Bournemouth seeking to make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ.

We are prayerfully seeking an Associate Minister to join our staff team, starting September 2026.

We would love to hear from you if:

• you are committed to making and maturing disciples of Jesus Christ
• you have church ministry experience and gifting for preaching & teaching the Bible regularly
• you have some formal theological training.

We would serve you with:

• a committed and supportive staff team and church family
• a range of ministry opportunities appropriate for gifting and experience (incl. training others)
• housing, salary & pension contribution.

This post is full time and subject to an enhanced DBS check.

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practising Christian
