If you’re exploring Christian ministry or you are currently a ministry trainee (or equivalent) in a local church, then Maximise is for you! Join us for 48 hours of Bible teaching, lightning talks, seminars and talk practice workshops. It’s all designed to help you explore how you can best use your abilities, your time, your energy, and the person God has made you to be – in the service of Christ. It’s also an ideal opportunity to hang out with others of your age and stage who are seeking to point their lives in the same direction as you. Each year we welcome between 70 and 100 people from all over the country who are looking to explore their gospel future.
We also encourage church leaders to attend the conference alongside their trainees.
Each Maximise ticket is £299. But we don’t want money worries to stop anyone from coming to the conference and we’ve subsidised places as much as we can. If you need further financial help in order to attend the conference, please let us know. We can arrange for you or your church to pay in instalments, or it might be possible to offer you a discount. Please talk to us and we’ll see what we can do!
This is your chance to get feedback on your teaching the Bible to others. You will have the opportunity to present a complete talk or a talk outline before a small group, after which you’ll receive feedback from your group leader and from the other members of your group. You’ll also be able to give feedback to other group members in turn. Full instructions and passages will be given closer to the conference. So please block out some time in December 2026 for your preparation.
Each person attending will have the opportunity to talk one–to–one with an experienced gospel worker about their pathway going forward and the decisions facing them. Please note that your primary source for wisdom on next steps should normally be your own church leadership. These sessions are not designed to replace this, but to offer a supplementary voice.
Maximise 2027 will take place at High Leigh Conference Centre in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

We aim to give everyone an individual room, if necessary there may be some sharing. But you will be contacted about this nearer the time if this is a possibility.

Like all the CCT Conference Centres, High Leigh is accessible for delegates with disabilities. Reception is just by the entrance on the ground floor; there are no steps between it and the car park. There’s wheelchair access to the main meeting room (via a lift) and this room also has a hearing aid loop. Our group sessions will take place in break-out rooms – some (though not all) of these will be on the ground floor.
