About the Church
Holy Trinity is a multi-congregational evangelical Anglican church with a weekly attendance of around 700. We are committed to bible teaching, discipleship, & evangelism. There are 4 clergy and a youth minister in the staff team.

About the area
Redhill is a commuter town just outside the M25 with good links to central London & the Surrey & Sussex countryside.

About the role
The Lay Assistant will join our existing lay assistant in working with the staff team in a number of roles including youth & children's work, work with older people, outreach on a local authority estate, administrative and practical duties.

Core responsibilities
To share the Gospel and to aid the ministry of the church in its various projects.

Training offered
The Lay Assistant will take part in the year long Serving the Servant King course led by our Director of Training, David King.

What is being looked for from potential candidates?
A servant hearted person committed to the supreme authority of scripture with a firm grasp of the Gospel and a willingness to learn and to be of use in God's service.

Financial arrangements
A training grant of £5,000 plus board & lodging

Holiday arrangements
4 full weeks plus public holidays
